Healing in Nia is simply defined as feeling better. The Nia 5 Stages practice is a guided class experience that takes you through the 5 developmental stages of movement that we learn as babies growing into toddlers. These movements are particularly beneficial for us to do as adults when we desire a fuller range of motion, increased flexibility and stability.
