In Her Words is a one-day conference from weHeroines, a Maine nonprofit where women claim, speak, and write their own stories. It's 120 women in one room, telling the truth about their lives, some of them for the first time. The day ends with Leap Grants: $1,000 given directly to women ready to make a change in their lives, with no strings attached.
