The word season has different uses in English but can be broadly defined as a period of time that is characterized by a particular feature or circumstance. When I think of seasons I think of:
changing seasons, changing weather, changing nature
a season of life: youth, middle age, older adulthood, etc.
a season of activity: sports, interests, involvements, commitments
habits and customs that accompany the seasons: holidays, festivities, family traditions, etc.
What comes to your mind when you hear the word ‘seasons’? Is there a particular story or memory that surfaces? Online Solar Playback events are opportunities for us to tell and listen to true stories from our lives and then watch as I honor those stories with Playback improvisation.
