FITNESS FOR ALL OF YOU
Nia is a class experience that invites ALL of you to show up: a non-impact aerobic workout for your body, an expressive release for your emotional health, a visual buffet for your imagination, scientifically-based movements for nervous system (including brain) health, and finally a healing, integrated art form for your unique spirit. Barefoot movement is recommended if safe for you in your space, plus comfortable clothes and water. Listen to your body and breath to determine the intensity your body desires in each moment. Learn more about what to expect here.

Classes are $15/class* using the honor system for payment. Thank you! PayPal, Venmo (@Erin-Curren-1), my website here and personal check are all options.
*If the cost of class is prohibiting you from joining us, please send me a message and we will work out an alternative.
Please note that many employers offer reimbursement for fitness classes. Simply email me should you need a receipt for your Nia payments and proof of class participation.

This pass entitles you to four live classes on Zoom and/or class recordings emailed to you. Valid for any four classes at $15/class over two months. A $10 service fee is included. Non-refundable.
