Reflection Questions:

• What are you saying “Yes” to these days? In other words, gearing up for, merging with, increasingly in the flow of…?

• What are you saying “No” to? In other words, downshifting from, exiting away from, leaving behind, no longer participating in…?

• How are you transitioning into something new, or away from something old?

• What inspires this change in your life?

• What about a former change you’ve made? What was that like?

• What have you noticed about the way you start and stop activities or behaviors in your life? Are you an “on again off again” type of person, or once you decide are you “in it for good”?

• What other associations come to mind on this theme for you?

Solar Playback performances welcomes true stories spontaneously told to the group gathered in the Zoom room. Volunteers raise their hands and tell their story, after which I honor what we've all heard together through improvisation. The improvisation could be a song, a narration, some perspective-shifting snapshots; it could involve my hands only, or a combination of cloth and instrumentation. Every playback is unique, just like every story is unique. No two shows are alike!
