We all have them:

Areas of our life that we just don’t, can’t, won’t… see.

Maybe it’s the literal blindspot we know exists when we are driving.

Maybe it’s the figurative blindspot in our behavior, as a team member, leader, parent, or partner.

Maybe it’s the collective blindspot of a group of people that just can’t see what they can’t see until it’s pointed out to them, or until they are given a different lens through which to look.

What is a story from your own life that comes to mind when you hear the word “blindspots”? Join me and others online for Solar Playback: a 75-minute guided exploration of this topic featuring true stories spontaneously volunteered by participants and then honored by me using Playback improvisation.
