Inspired by the Sturgeon Full Moon occurring on this day, August 9th, the theme reminds me of going with the flow versus swimming upstream…

When in your life have you gone against the flow? With what result?

Are you currently living in a “flow” moment?

What is something you have held on to despite the odds?

When has letting go produced an unanticipated result?

I am curious to hear your true moments, snapshots, stories shared, and then to honor those using improvisation. I have offered over 30 solo performances since initiating Solar Playback in November of 2023: countless true stories, narratives, improvised songs, and moments of connection, both in person and online. Join me and find something new waiting for you see in your own story and/or in those shared by participants in the Zoom room together.
