You’re invited to Solar Playback on the theme of “Healthy Pride”:

Join me online for an opportunity to tell a true story from your own life and watch as I honor what you’ve said using Playback improvisation. Of course you can come to watch and not tell a story, it’s not required! Playback is a co-creation by those present, so I can only have a show with volunteered stories spontaneously told.

These online gatherings are uniquely suited to telling spontaneous stories from our lives and seeing what arises among those present. During this 75 minute performance I ask that you remain on camera and come with an open mind to witnessing true stories being told, and perhaps to telling a story of your own!
Healthy pride could manifest in that celebratory moment of “Yes!” when you are finally able to achieve something you’ve been attempting.
Healthy pride might be present during a quieter moment, in a more reflective mood, when you look back and see how far you’ve come…
