In Person Nia Classes

Are you longing to move in person again?

Join me in person for Nia at the Westbrook Community Center’s (WCC) Dance Studio. Spacious, clean floors, plenty of parking, bathrooms on site, what’s not to love?

Slip off your shoes and join me  in person: barefoot movement encouraged, though yoga socks or non-street shoes are OK as well.

Drop-ins are welcome! 

These are the 10 Saturdays from September 10-December 10,  2022 that class will meet:

Class will meet from 8:30am-9:30am

• September 10, 24

• October 8, 15, 22

• November 5,  12, 19

• December 3, 10

Drop-in cost for non-enrolled students is $17/class. Pay with cash or check in person (my first choice), or over Venmo or PayPal (works too!).
Contact me with any questions, including if the fee is prohibitive and we’ll find an arrangement so you may attend.

Westbrook Community Center is located at 426 Bridge St. in Westbrook, MAP When facing the entrance from the parking lot in front, walk around the right side of the building until you reach a door that says “Dance/Fitness Studio” — enter through that door! The space is shown below…
