You know it when you feel it: Alignment

That is the upcoming theme for April’s First Friday performance by The Teller’s Garden at the Portland Media Center. Join me as I take the conductor’s seat for this ensemble playback show at this downtown Portland location!

WHEN: First Friday, Apri 5th Doors open at 6:45pm, showtime is 7pm

WHERE: The Portland Media Center, 516 Congress St. Portland, ME

COST: $10 for seniors, $15 general admission | cash or Venmo at the door

Perhaps you’ve heard about the upcoming Total Solar Eclipse crossing Maine on Monday, April 8th? In honor of this celestial event we are inviting stories of Alignment:

• Do you recall a time when things clicked?

• Do you have a story of a literal alignment or misalignment?

• How do you know when you are in alignment? What does life feel like in those moments or periods?

• What does it feel like for you when you are “out of whack”?

We welcome all stories on (or off!) this theme of “Alignment” and all the associated emotions that make life so vivid! Playback joins the art of improvisation with real stories volunteered from the audience. Come to share a story, come to watch, come to be a part of the collective unfolding!
