A morning workshop (9:30-11:30) devoted to FloorPlay. You will be guided through ways of safely coming down and getting up off the floor and through the abundant creative variations of movement on the floor.
“The focus of this FloorPlay experience is to provide you with an “Introduction to FloorPlay” learning the basics for creating a safe and effective FloorPlay experience moving from the standing position to the floor to deliver whole body stretch, strengthen, mobility and stability benefits. The intent is to learn 10 basic moves you can use all together for an extended FloorPlay experience, and/or use separately to add into your FloorPlay cycle of any routine.” -Nia HQ
The movements we explore together in this workshop can be practiced at home and in class to help you find new sources of strength, mobility and flexibility in your body in ways that feel safe and powerful, creative and fun.
